This fin is fully rideable but can also act as a unique wall-hung art piece. The hybrid shape combines the rake of a typical tuna fin with the wide base of a traditional pivot… plenty of stability to walk around, but leaves the door open for smooth arcs. *construction info below:

Offcuts of over 15 fins — including 1 burlap panel, and 1 pure epoxy swirl — were carefully cut and fitted together into an essentially seamless mosaic panel before cutting out the shape and sanding the contours. After shaping, it was wrapped in 7.5oz volan fiberglass and laminated with high grade infusion resin using a unique technique called vacuum-assisted resin infusion. This gives it a tight, incredibly strong outer shell.
